Message	like Greg are willing to stand behind their product, it still leaves a bad taste in your mouth. The way in which it was executed creates too much drama. He could have contacted Greg via email and they could have settled it. THEN he could post "Had a downpipe crack after 10 months of use and Greg replaced free of charge" then It would be just as educational and less dramatic.
